Advantages of Membership

Membership is open to public, private, charter, and other PK-12 schools, school districts, higher education institutions, and educational service centers in and around the Greater Miami Valley Region in the State of Ohio. For-profit educational businesses and/or schools are not eligible for membership.

Members of the Diversity Recruitment Educators Association for Miami Valley (DREAM) work together to recruit, support, and retain diverse educators.  Members may post jobs on the site, participate in recruiting events, and have your district mentioned in recruiting flyers, postings, and visits to meet prospective educators.  

DREAM also creates professional development and mentoring efforts that support new and existing educators, which creates a positive climate for all. 

DREAM also provides help to teacher candidates on preparing for the Ohio Assessment for Educators (OAE) exams as another step toward positive recruitment..
